“Labor issues are the most troublesome, and they seem to be getting worse.”
“There just aren’t enough people willing to work in a greenhouse.”
“Labor and immigration are difficult subjects that seem to never go away or improve.”
“Labor costs are forcing us to change our business. We are looking at mechanization…"
“What are your long-term concerns about this industry?”
Agripper was founded out of the will to aid greenhouse's farmers with the complex and high labor demanding growing tasks.
Our vision is to develop a multi-stage autonomous system that will perform all of the necessary growing and picking tasks.

AGRIPPER developed a unique algorithm methodology for trellising and pruning automation, those being around 50% of the annual working hours.
The system also includes a special solution that prevents the spread of diseases to reduce crop loss.
Autonomous self driven robotic trolley
Advanced computer vision software
Unique robotic gripper
AGRIPPER’s solution reduces labor working hours by 50%
The system significantly saves manpower, realises higher capacity and reduces gaps between trellising.
Data gathering advantage for continuing tasks and analysis
The system registers and processes data and provides the grower with information regarding the quality and growing rate of each individual plant.
Equipped with disinfection system to prevent the transfer of diseases
The replacing of manual labor by the AGRIPPER system, drastically reduces the touching of plants and so prevents the possible transfer of diseases between plants.
In addition, the system detects and identifies disease in advance, ensuring plant health.
Additional crops applicable
At the next stage, with minor customizations, AGRIPPER will address additional greenhouse crops, such as cucumbers and peppers.
Modern greenhouse over 10,000 ha and value market
Total industrial greenhouses, estimated for around 500,000 ha
